Deadline to File Claim for PG&E Wildfire Fund

PG&E has established a $100 Million emergency relief fund to help wildfire victims in need of immediate financial assistance to help defer costs for housing, food, medical and other normal living expenses. 

The fund is being administered by Cathy Yanni at the Judicial Arbitration Mediation Services along with the Official Tort Creditors Committee (TCC).  These are funds that were set aside in the bankruptcy proceeding.

The deadline to file a claim is October 21, 2019 by 5:00 p.m.
