Disaster Scams

With the recent disasters in Maui and Southern California, please be alert for disaster scams which always occur after natural disasters.  If you want to help provide relief to affected areas make sure that the charity you are donating to is a legitimate charity such as the Red Cross or other nationally known organizations.

All non-profit charities are required to register in California.
